Hi, I’m Claire Snowdon-Darling and I am a leader in women’s health and emotional transformation.
I’m a health expert, author and the co-host of the podcast “Consciously Healthy. As the founder of Balanced Wellness and the Head of The College of Functional Kinesiology, I’ve worked with thousands of women supporting them to reclaim their health and emotions.
I do this work because I’ve been on a long and profound personal journey. I nearly died during labour in 2004 and the experience left with me with chronic fatigue, depression and PTSD.
This all culminated with being diagnosed with premature menopause at the age of 39. This experience changed me completely and I had to do some deep inner work to find my way back to full health.
In doing this work I came to understand how radical self love is the key to true happiness, boundaries and living a life of honesty and authenticity.
I’m excited to share some of that wisdom with you here.
